The service

Utah Valley HVAC & Plumbing (“we”) schedules heating, cooling, and plumbing service for homeowners and property managers in Utah County. The work itself is performed by independent, licensed, insured contractors in our network (“partners”) under their own license, insurance, and warranty; we do not hold a contractor license and do not perform the work ourselves.

Independent contractors

Partners are independent businesses. Any estimate, contract, warranty, or work is between you and the partner. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, timing, or pricing of a partner’s work.

No obligation

Requesting a quote does not obligate you to hire anyone. You may decline any partner we introduce.

Verification

We check partner licensing with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing and ask for proof of insurance, but we cannot guarantee a partner’s current status. Verify anything important yourself before hiring.

Communications

By submitting a request you agree to be contacted as described in the consent statement on the form and in our privacy policy.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, which for homeowners is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
