To schedule and quote your job with one or more licensed service partners in our network (up to three), to contact you about your request, to send a confirmation, and to improve the service.

Who we share it with

The licensed service partner(s) assigned to your request, and the service providers we use to run the site (hosting, database, email, and text messaging). We do not sell your personal information to marketing lists.

Text messages

If you consent to texts, you may receive messages about your request from us or the technician assigned to it. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention

We keep request records for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing us.

Cookies and analytics

We use standard analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites beyond what those analytics tools do.
